Description

Bombe from Ethiopia. It is named after the Bombe Mountains in the Bensa district of Sidama in southern Ethiopia. This coffee is treated with a variation of the normal washing process - after removing the fruit from the seed, water is not used in temperature-controlled fermentation tanks. The result is a sophisticated fruity coffee and a significant bonus is significant water savings.

Complex coffee with a floral feel, exactly what you would expect in making high-quality Ethiopian coffee, dry fermentation, in turn, adds additional fruitiness.
