Tea making instructions

TEA MAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Every day, new plants can be found in the meadows and forests of Northern Europe, which are simply wonderful. Plūkt believes that behind every herb found in the field lies a unique beauty, enriching aromas and rich flavors!

In cooperation with the Plūkt team, we have written a recipe step by step to make the perfect tea.

1. PREPARATION

Find what you like a teapot or teacup, ideally a tea strainer, but you can do without it.

2. CHOOSE A ROAD

Plūkt has created a selection of teas that are suitable for every moment and mood. So, what mood are you in?? What taste does the soul crave? As with food, tea tastes better if it matches your current mood. What is the purpose of your tea drinking? Are you looking for a way to go peacefully or to re-energize? If you are just finished evening yoga, ideal for relaxation, for example - tfirst White Night, mint tea or lime blossom tea. But if you're looking for something invigorating to keep your energy up in the afternoon, give it a try Nordic Black black or iron grass tea.

3. DETERMINE THE QUANTITY OF TEA

Finding the right intensity of the path takes a little time and practice. Some love really cool tastes, others more easily enjoyable. What do you like? On average, it takes 1,5 teaspoons of tea powder per cup (200-250 ml cup). When making tea from a teapot, count several cup you want to make (200-250 ml each). Then multiply it by 1,5 teaspoons portions. This is the starting point - if you feel that the taste is too intense or completely too light, adjust the amount slightly to suit your taste.

4. PREPARE WATER

It is recommended to choose filtered water so that the taste of the tea is as pure as possible. The better the water quality, the richer it is tea to taste. Heat the water to 90 ° C (194 ° F), which is almost boiling temperature. It is important not to boil it, because water contains important minerals that tend to be lost through cooking.

NB! If you are not sure about the quality of the water and the source, be sure to boil it!

5. HEATING OF ROAD CLAIMS

Like water, teapots and cups can affect the taste of tea depending on the material. It can also be an unheated teapot to extract heat from the tea. Preheating the teapot before this is a good way to keep the tea warm for longer. Pour hot water the jug and cup so much that it covers the entire bottom and edges. Pour out the water just before you plan to pour in the tea.

6. PUTTING THE TEA

Now it's time to add it to the teapot tea crumb according to your serving calculation. Then pour onto the pre-prepared hot water and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.

7. WANT TO ADD SUGAR OR METT?

If you prefer to enjoy tea with honey or sugar, add it only when you have finished making the tea (5-7 minutes after the addition of hot water). NB! Here you can remove the sieve and tea leaves from the bowl if you wish. Last but certainly not least, you should enjoy your masterpiece slowly. So you will see that making a cup of tea is an enjoyable experience. Now you are ready to blow your guests up by showing off your tea-making skills at tea parties!
